Outstanding rooms with an amazing view. Easy Check in. We even could check in earlier without any extra fees. Very modern and clean hotel. The room was amazing. Got a room on a higher floor also without any extra charges that was amazing. Very good location. Walls have been soundproof so we had a good sleep. Very friendly stuff as well. We loved it here

The hotel was spotless and decorated beautifully for Halloween! Food and drinks were amazing and no need to make a reservation. Great location, taxis able to stop at the door.

Very clean and comfortable room. Wonderful design focused on details. Very good breakfast with so many choices. Sometimes elevators was a challenge.

Checking into the NYX hotel was a breeze. My Polish speaking is still mediocre but I was able to get checked in quickly, and was offered a room immediately if I accepted a lower floor, or could wait for the higher floor rooms as I was early to my reservation. Hotel feels secured well, as the card to your room limits you to the floor your room is on and the public spaces, the elevator is also quick, both to my room and to the rooftop bar. The latter was closed for the entire duration of my stay, perhaps for the season? I didn't ask so I didn't find out. Once in the room, there was a spacious cabinet to unpack clothes into with hangers and shelves. Ironing board and iron provided too. Bathrobes and Sandals are on request, but easily obtained on the phone as noted in their digital guide. Ample lighting from both regular lamps and LED accent strips along some of the wall. Everything was prepared, water provided, bed made, the works. "Wild" room theme/concept. This wild concept applies to the whole hotel really, but the room continues it. The bathroom was well equipped as well. Large spacious shower with a large main showerhead and detachable smaller one. No issues with water tempurature, could take hot showers if I want as easily as cold ones as the controls were very permissive. Maybe wish the soap wasn't 3-in-1 but it's okay as there were stores nearby to buy my own very easily. Room service checked in frequently and always refreshed the used parts of the room, clean towels, new water bottles, clean tea-cups, and bed-made. Sometimes more than once a day (I recall once leaving and returning twice for different errands and my bed was remade both times). Made us feel really taken care of even if we don't ask. (Introvert's dream?) The bed was super comfy! Not much else to say there, well slept every time. TV across the way very appreciated, as my girlfriend and I watched many Polish dramas while staying awake due to the time zone lag. We made use of the breakfast bar, and found it to be great! The seating area was comfy, and the staff were always picking up plates and refreshing tables with new utensils from what I could see. The food selection was varied, many types of bread, many types of "breakfast" for all sorts of folks. Fish, fruit, pastries, whatever you like. Coffee, tea, and everything else you could need. Buffet style too, so there was no need to stop and order from a menu like some US hotels. Just grab and go. In my opinion, the dining/bar area is where the "Theme" of NYX is most successful, it looked really good here. In the end, checking out was as easy as checking in, we left early in the morning to make our flight, and the person at reception even offered to order our taxi for us. I see myself returning here when I return to Poland again and again. Very comfy, welcoming, and clean experience.

i was waiting very long each time when I used elevator. There were no massive number of people waiting... that system with card and waiting for specific elevator was not so well recognized by many visitors there - not only me.

Nice hotel, very clean and large rooms; near train station; but not well located; far f. old town despite the information provided by the hotel.

I just booked one night at NYX Warsaw; from Google maps the satellite image still has the entire Varso project as a big hole in the ground, so I was very impressed at the tall, black glass structure you can spot from Warszawa Centralna. It was busy when I got there (this in no complaint, it proves that the place is in demand). The rate was very reasonable, coming off of 2 weeks in Gdansk it felt like a steal. Also there was both lime water and grapefruit juice in the lobby, I thought it was a nice touch. The room was the star of the show. I didn't even upgrade, but when I opened the door I was amazed - big room, it had a little annex with a working table, wood floors, and interesting lights with floor switches. But immediately the view of central Warsaw with in the big picture window, it made me feel like a VIP, which I am not. I hope it never changes, I'll always try to get in here whenever I need a room in mid-town Warsaw. Great job everyone!

great place to sleep, rest and work.

NYX hotel was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location, the staff were amazing and the hotel was modern, so clean and the rooms were spacious and gorgeous. Breakfast was great, the food was fantastic and there was such a big selection. The staff at reception couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant, even before our stay though email. They organised transfers from the airport for us and this helped so much since we were travelling with a child. I strongly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon. It is a beautiful hotel. Thank you NYX for a wonderful stay.

great service, flexible and helpful.

Lovely and comfortable stay at the NYX for a work training weekend. Spacious and clean room, modern amenities, helpful staff, and perfect location for quick access to Varso tower offices and easy pickup point for taxis. Was hoping for slightly better toiletries in the rooms and some different hot breakfast options for each day, but otherwise the breakfast was nice.

I have stayed at NYX in Warsaw for the second time. From the first visit 3 years ago I remember extraordinary food choice at the breakfast buffet. 3 years has passed and it didn’t change! The breakfast is also simply delicious! I stayed in a couple of 5* Hotels but I just say that breakfast at Nyx Warsaw tops them all! When it comes to the room- it’s spacious and comfortable. It’s great that an iron and ironing desk is available in the room and not on request. Small problem here- our iron was leaking a lot, probably needed to be replaced. Other than that- excellent!

Helpful and competent

A great, modern hotel with a convenient location in the center. A great base. Spacious, clean rooms, amazing interior and panoramic windows with a wonderful view. I like to come back to this hotel every time I am in Warsaw

Overall good experience, but the empty minibar makes it feel like a motel not trusting its clients.
